Sue Tsai is Erica's partner in the Development by Erica Davies clothing line. Sue is from Taiwan, and grew up with a mother who designed custom lingerie. Sue moved to the US at a young age, and attended FIDM in Los Angeles.

After graduating, Sue worked at William B. and then began Earl Jeans' outerwear line. After years designing clothing , Sue became a stylist and worked with top magazines nationally and internationally.
